Frequently Asked Questions
How many games are included?
All memberships include access to the full 2026/27 Perth Heat regular season home schedule, which includes 19 games.
Can I renew my existing seat?
Yes. Returning members received priority access to renew their seats before memberships were released to the public. Check your email for more information.
Are family memberships available?
Yes. Family pricing is available for Heat Elite, Heat Club and Heat GA memberships.
Will there be member events?
Yes. Eligible memberships include access to pre-season and post-season member events.
How do I receive member benefits?
Physical membership items, including member caps and stickers where applicable, will be available for collection at our pre-season Fan Fest event and during the first home stand of the season. Members are responsible for collecting these items in person.
The Perth Heat Shop Online Discount Weekend and other member-exclusive offers will take place throughout the season, with eligible members notified via email ahead of each promotion. Additional partner offers, event invitations, and member communications will also be distributed via email during the season.
